Deepin has Added Mirror Site Service like Zaragoza University and so on

Today, deepin has added two new mirror sites: Zaragoza University and Nanjing University.

As deepin has been widely used all over the world, we will add more and more mirror sites so that deepin users all around the world could get high quality user experience, and especially high quality experience for using Linux desktop.
